Important Disclosure: We are an independent travel agency, not an airline. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline. All flights are operated by their respective airlines, and their policies govern the terms of your ticket.
2. Our Service Fees
Our agency service fees are non-refundable.
When you book a flight through our service, you pay two main components:
The Airline Ticket Cost: The fare, taxes, and fees charged by the airline.
Our Service Fee: A fee for our booking assistance, customer support, and payment processing services.
Unless otherwise stated, our service fee is non-refundable once the booking has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued.
3. Airline Ticket Cancellations & Refunds
Whether you can cancel a flight and receive a refund is determined solely by the fare rules and policies of the operating airline.
3.1. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Tickets:
Refundable Tickets: If you purchased a refundable fare, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the airline ticket cost from the airline, minus any applicable airline cancellation penalties.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Most discounted tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket, you will typically not receive a monetary refund from the airline. You may, however, be eligible for a credit or voucher from the airline for future travel, subject to their specific rules and fees.
3.2. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund:

4.2. Our Cancellation Assistance Fee:

5. Refund Processing

6. Flight Changes & Schedule Alterations
For changes to your flight dates or times, please contact us. Change fees and policies are set by the airline. We may charge a Change Assistance Fee of [e.g., $15.00] for processing changes on your behalf.
If the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight schedule, their policy will dictate the options available to you, which typically include rebooking on an alternative flight or receiving a full refund. We will assist you in communicating with the airline in such situations.
